Can I get to the apartments by car?

We are located in the historical center of Prague which is not a restricted traffic area. However, we invite you to observe road signs as some roads are not accessible.

Where can I park the car?

You can park it in our courtyard. Reservation before arrival is required as we have limited parking spots.

What is the cost of parking?

20€ per night, for car.

Is there an elevator to reach the floor of the apartment?

Happy Prague is located in a historic building and therefore there is no lift. Anyway, we have just 3 floor accessible by easy stairs. In case of any kind of personal limitation, we invite you to inform the reception as we could provide you apartment on lower floor.

Are the apartments equipped with linen?

Each apartment is equipped with all the linen necessary to live your stay in the best: towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen linen.
There is no change of towels and linen during short stays. We exchange towels every 3 nights.

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

Your pet is more then welcome. We will just ask you 10 € for extra anallergic cleaning in the end of your stay.

What is the check-in time?

The check in time is from 2:00 pm and our reception is open until 3:00 pm. In case of late arrival, you can pick up your keys from Hotel Betlem Club, our partner hotel, which is located just in front of us with a reception of 24h so, don’t worry about your arrival time.

Is it possible to check-in before 2:00 pm?

If you arrive before the check-in time, and the apartment is available, we are happy to deliver it to you.
Otherwise, you can leave your luggage in our reception and come back when is ready.

What is the check-out time?

Check out is at 10.30 am. If you need to check out later, you can leave your luggages in reception and come back at the time of your departure.

Is it possible to check-out after 10:30 am?

The check out after 10:30 am must be agreed with the reception at least the day before, or better, before your arrival. Late check out can be available on request and just if no arrival are expecting before your request. Late check out costs 40 euro. In case you check out later then 10.30 am without any advise, we reserve the right to charge 50 euro to your credit card.

What are the payment methods?

We accept credit/debit card VISA or MASTER CARD (we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS).

Cash payment in local currency Czech crowns or euro(we offer 5% discount for cash payments).

If you book trough our website a standard rate, you can pay upon arrival; if you book a not refundable rate your card will be charged at the moment we get your reservation.

Are there any extra costs to pay?

The extra costs can be paid directly upon your arrival and are as follows:

Tourist tax: No tax to pay! The tourist taxes and VAT are included in the price.

Final cleaning: 15 euros per stay

What are the cancellation policies for a reservation?

You can cancel or change the dates of your stay as follows:

Standard booking: you can cancel or change your reservation up to 5 days before arrival without penalty. Otherwise we will charge you the total amount of the stay.

Non-refundable reservation: With the non-reimbursable booking, benefits of a more economically advantageous rate, but the cancellation policy does not provide for the possibility of canceling or modifying the reservation.

Does the price change according to the number of guests?

Prices are per number of people and not per apartment

Do you pay a security deposit?

We will not ask you for a deposit! Anyway, we inspect all the apartments at the check out moment and in case of missing items, damages, etc, we reserve our right to charge your credit card with the amount of the potential damage.

What are the services in the apartments?

In the apartment, you will find a manual of the house with information on the operation of the whole apartment with the description of services, accessories and emergency numbers.

You are free to use the washing machine, the microwave oven as well as a real, fully equipped kitchen!

I recommend, once the washing machine has run, wait 3 minutes before opening the door, otherwise you risk breaking the handle!

We also recommend that you do not use all appliances together to avoid overload problems.

Is there an internet connection in the apartments?

All apartments and public areas are equipped with a fast and totally free Wifi connection. You will find all the necessary information in the manual of the house.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?

It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the apartments. Failure to comply with the smoking ban provides a penalty of 200 euros. You can smoke in the external areas of the structure.

Are there cleaning during the stay?

As we are apartment solution, we don’t provide daily service like in hotel. We exchange towels every 3 nights. We can do extra cleaning on request.

Are the apartments equipped with safes?

Of course!! For a worry-free stay, remember to lock the door securely when you go out and store valuables in the safe.

Can I request tickets and / or book tours?

Of course! We will wait for you at the reception every morning to plan your tours together or to purchase tickets for the attractions that interest you.

Where do I leave the keys to the apartment when I leave?

When unfortunately the time of your departure will arrive, leave the apartment in the best possible conditions, you will help us to prepare it to the best for guests arriving after yours!

At check out, just leave the keys at reception! If you check out earlier then 9.00, close your apartment and the gate and leave the keys in the HOTEL BETLEM CLUB, our partner Hotel, in front of us.

Be careful, remember not to leave with the keys, you could have them in your bag or pocket.

What time does your office have?

Our office opens at 9:00 and closes at 15:00 in the evening.

For any need, if the office is closed there is always an active emergency number for our customers.

What happens if something does not work in the apartment?

You do not have to worry, our technician runs from one apartment to another every day, but is always available in case you have problems. If you need to write or call the office immediately and someone will arrive as soon as possible!
